On Tuesday the owner of Adani group Gautam Adani replaces the chairman of reliance industries (Mukesh Ambani) and becomes India's richest man for some time. In Forbes's list of the world's richest people, he owned 11th position.
There is very little difference between the net worths of Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani. According to forbs, the net worth of Mukesh Ambani is 6.81 lakh crores and the net worth of Gautam Adani is 6.75 lakh crores.
The reason for Ambani getting done in the forbs list is in last week, the share market was continuously getting down, due to which the shares of reliance industries have been decreased 7.5% and the market price has been decreased more than one lakh crores. Due to this, there has been a loss in the net worth of Mukesh Ambani of around 55 thousand crores. Although shares of the Adani group have been profited by 45%.
Recently, the market price of reliance industries is more than 16 lakh crores and the market price of the Adani group is more than 11 lakh crores.
The owner of reliance industries Mukesh Ambani been the richest person of India for many years and he also takes position in the forbs list of the world's richest person regularly.
In 2021, Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Ambani have added 13 billion and 55.3 billion to their wealth respectively. They both are the most prominent faces of India. The reliance chairman who has been India's and Asia's richest person since march 2020-21 after replacing Alibaba's Jack Ma. Both businessmen feature in the list of the world's top 15 richest people as per Forbes. The tesla Ceo Elon musk is on the top with a ginormous worth of 304 billion dollars and Jeff Bezos is in the second position with a worth of 205 billion.
